We have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency for Family matters. Legal Aid may be available for Domestic Violence and Care Proceedings. All Legal Aid matters will be subject to status.
If you are not eligible for Legal Aid we offer a fixed fee for a straightforward uncontested divorce/disolution of civil partnership as follows :
Petitioner £750.00 plus VAT and Court fees
Respondent £500.00 plus VAT and Court fees
These fees do not include dealing with children or financial issues, or Court Fees which are payable.
We will be happy to provide you with an estimate of costs upon request.
